Of course I would recommend Attorney Seema Mehta. I got my H1B in 30 days of my first conversation with her. I had gone to consult about filing for my H1B in 2014. After a brief interview she told me the employer would qualify under Cap Exempt. Soon the H1B was filed and Approved. Now I am already ...planning to speak to my employer about sponsoring for a Green Card Application. Hopefully soon Seema Mehta will be applying for my Perm Application and then the Green card ! I want to thank Ms. Seema Mehta and her Staff. Today is my BIG day. I just received my Green Card or as Ms. Mehta always told me " My Permannet Residency Card". I dont know how to explain my case. Its one of those cases which were stuck in a big mess since 1999. After many Lawyers, many adverse deci...sions, many negative instances in our case, we luckily heard about her. Truth be told, we called just to get te free consultation. But I should say that was our BiG day ! We simply liked the way she spoke to us. Her manner of talking was so full of compassion. I wanted to write a review on Ms. Mehta only becuase I know this will help other people like me. I am from Nepal and have been in a tough immigration situation since last 8 years. Lat year with Gods grace I heard about Seema Mehta on radio. I called her office and was very impressed with her manner o...f talking. Unlike my previous very rude attorney, she was very kind and traeted me with respect. I met her, she took my case and TODAY beasue of her and ofcourse Gods Grace, I am a United Sates Resident .
