Jeremy Smith Cleverly

Jeremy Cleverly is an estate planning attorney with more than twenty years of legal and business experience. In addition to practicing law, he has founded and operated businesses in the healthcare, technology, and business-services industries, giving him a practical understanding of the challenges families and business owners face when planning for the future.

Jeremy previously served as an adjunct professor of business law, was elected President of the Ellis County Bar Association, and served on the Board of Directors of the Stephen F. Austin State University Alumni Association. He currently serves on the boards of the Aledo Education Foundation and Big Country Veterans and remains actively involved in the Aledo community.

Today, Jeremy focuses his practice exclusively on estate planning, helping families throughout Parker County, western Tarrant County, and surrounding communities create thoughtful, customized plans involving wills, trusts, powers of attorney, guardianship designations, and legacy planning. His approach goes beyond preparing documents. He works with clients to understand their goals, family dynamics, and concerns so their estate plan provides clarity, protection, and peace of mind in real-life situations.
