dumpster diving

I tend to think that he served me on a platter to the DA. I'm pretty sure that it is this way when it comes to a small town where everyone knows each other. While I did not hire Westmoreland, he was appointed to me on a DWI charge. There were many things said in court that had nothing to do with the ...case at hand. He seem to allow this and it only served to prejudices the jury! Never did he stand to fight things said in court on several occasions, and this is why I would not recommend him to anyone! Yes, he's done a great job by others. Yet it is the ones that aren't guilty that seem to get the shaft from this man!
