I first hired Lynn over seven years ago to contest a probate proceeding and to probate another will concerning an aunt's estate. From the outset, we knew if I was successful that additional litigation concerning property in other counties would be required. We also knew that the parties on the othe...r side were all out of state and would be very difficult to obtain jurisdiction over. From the outset, Lynn knew that the only way I could ever pay him would be if we were successful through all of the litigation. Although the other side went through three sets of attorneys throughout different phases of the litigation, Lynn hung in there. We were eventually successful in the probate cases and after seven years from the initial probate contest we were able to finally settle the major portion of the additional litigation. During this time, the state agency I had worked for closed our facility, and all of the employees lost their jobs. Lynn helped me obtain loans from two different lenders just to help me through this period. Lynn has been a wonderful friend and gone out of his way to help me. I would highly recommend Lynn to anyone.
