Public Defender?

As someone who has taken the oath to uphold the constitution twice (as a Public Defender and a Marine) he sure does like to obstruct the 6th amendment. He is a ex district attorney who likes to talk down to clients and subtly intimidate. Not only did he not want to come up with a defense strategy he ...tried to torpedo mine. His strategy was to wait for the da and hope for evidence to wash away. He refused to file basic motions. He refused to withdraw or hand over my client file. Does not comply with the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.
