I hired Mr. Van Baugh to simply have my child support lowered to match my new job, after I was let go from my other higher paying position. He sent the baby's Mother a petition for child custody without my knowledge. The Mother hires a...n attorney at a much greater rate and after almost a year period I finally get a court date. After all was said and done, my child support stayed the same and Mr. Van Baugh managed to put an extra two thousand dollars on to my child support arrears! That sum was for half of the Mothers attorneys fees! Do not use this individual he is untrustworthy!
