OUTCOME: In a case of first impression, the 7th Circuit held that there was no overlap between front pay and lost future earnings and affirmed the trial court's award of both Title VII remedies.

Evelyn Williams sued her former employer, Pharmacia, under Title VII for sex discrimination based on allegations of failure to promote and retaliation. A jury found in favor of Williams.
