A very professional attorney

Ricky Richards is an excellent attorney with a wealth of experience and knowledge in many areas of the law, and has been my attorney for many years. I have had several business related cases over the years that have always been handled expertly and fairly by Ricky. He returns phone calls and answer...s all questions I may have, and is readily available at all times.

Great out come for a business matter.

Richards and Penn handled a case for me, that had to do with a member that had stolen business clients and money from a LLC I was a member in. This case took about a year to resolved. It went to trial and I received a multi million dollar award. I have never had to deal with anything like this before.... Mr. Richard handled everything very professional. We had a jury trial. Mr. Richards closing argument were very strong. The jury was out for several hours and came back in our favor. As soon as the verdict was read Mr. Richards went to work helping me collect assets of the now ex - member. As of today, he has helped me collect a substantial amount of the award. Mr. Richards is a true fighter for justice and someone you want on your side helping.

Better than the Best

"Ricky", Jill and their team are by far the most aggressive and thoroughly prepared law firm I have ever retained in 47 years of business! They always kept me informed about all the details of my case(s). When I needed to speak with them, if they were not available they returned my calls within 30 m...inutes to 4 hours later. Always the same day. I have asked this question to over a dozen of my friends, who are attorneys, "Including yourself, who can compare to Richards & Penn in attentiveness to their clients, knowledge and application of the law and aggressiveness and determination in getting a case resolved?" All answered in the same manner- "NO ONE CAN COMPARE TO RICHARDS & PENN"! I agree completely!
