What happens when you have two motion to revoke probation violations ? Does the client need a lawyer present with him at court?

At the very least he's looking at county jail time. It's possible he's looking at prison time. He really needs a lawyer and as quickly as possible.

Have you been charged in Kaufman County? I assume you have a lawyer since you say you've filed a lawsuit. Talk to your lawyer about these issues.
