Don't pay it. Plain and simple. Nothing will happen.
Do any of these charge codes, i.e. 828MCS/42-46, mean a conviction? (This is from the Orleans LA Sheriff's Office - inmates)

Someone doesn't have to be living in the house for it to be a habitation. It just has to be habitable.

Maybe. Talk to your probation officer about it. Some counties will do it, some won't. Even if they will do it, it's unlikely they will allow you...
