Well, if they find you they will detain you and you will stay in custody until the matter is resolved.
What kind of drug test does collin county cscd use? I know they send it to a lab, but I heard they use a gcms test every time?

In order to arrest you they will have to get a warrant first. It would depend how fast they could get one.

The applicable statute of limitations is the one in effect at the time of the alleged offense. In 1995, I believe the statute was 10 years past...

The 90 day issue you mention only applies if the person is in jail AND hasn't been indicted. A bond reduction is still possible but up to the judge.

Any money you paid a bondsman is gone. You cannot get it back from him.
