Nationally televised jury trial in which Charles Warren was charged with Reckless Driving Causing Death and Hit and Run Causing Death for his involvement in an accident involving Trooper Chad Wolf. Tr ... ooper Wolf was dragged for 3 miles on I-75 and died following the accident. The case was among the most challenging Rockind has faced given the overwhelming public support for Wolf and the prosecution. The trial last 2 weeks and can be seen on YouTube.com.

Client was observed and found behind the wheel of the SUV during the traffic stop, admitted to "driving" and made other admissions ... during the arrest. Client was not the driver and had switched seats with her cousin, who was in the passenger seat when the officer made contact with the occupants. The cousin was driving but upon being stopped, she jumped out of the driver's seat.
