I hired Ken after having a disastrous experience with 2 other Tyler lawyers. I could not have made a better choice. He immediately took up a very difficult will contest case and won a summary judgement against a frivolous lawsuit that should have been put to bed long ago. He is a facts and law... type of lawyer and does not waste your time blowing his horn about his successes as many other lawyers seem to do. He is considerate, forward thinker and has an excellent small staff that are concerned about your welfare and not their own. If you need help in will, probate and trust matters - THIS IS YOUR GUY!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
