Though we’re equipped to handle any personal injury case, auto accident cases are the focus of our practice. Why? Because we’ve developed a reputation for helping auto accident victims get the compensation they deserve. So, get in touch. We can help.
You put in the hours to earn your overtime pay. And, if you’re a non-exempt employee, no one has the right to keep it from you. And the law even allows employees to recover double payment and overtime lawyer fees if an employee sues under the FLSA.
Born and raised in East Texas, I'm a graduate of Whitehouse High School (Go Wildcats!) and UT Tyler (Go Patriots!). My education took me away from East Texas for 3.5 years and, having been back since 2006, I have no desire to ever leave. And I mean that almost literally, as I don't care to travel, much less move.
That said, my wife does talk me into the occasional family trip. ;)
On that note, I'm quite taken with my bride (“The Fair Tish,” as I call her) and my two kids.
In my off-time, you're likely to find me:
On a date with my wife,
Coaching my kids’ Upward basketball or soccer games,
Preparing to teach Sunday School,
Watching Texas Tech football or basketball (Wreck’em!),
In the stands at The Patriot Center watching UT Tyler basketball with my family,
Reading a book, or
Fellowshipping with men from my church
MY PROFESSIONAL LIFE
After graduating from the Texas Tech School of Law (Wreck'em!), I began my career as an associate attorney before becoming a partner at a larger firm. Eventually, my entrepreneurial drive led me to open my own practice. Today, The McGuire Firm is a team of attorneys that handles personal injury cases not only in Tyler, but across the state of Texas. To date, we have handled 3,000+ cases from East Texas to Midland and from DFW to Galveston.
Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
