Biography
I have a business and law degree from Texas Tech University School of Business and School of Law. I have practiced at a large east Texas law firm and was a partner. I was general counsel for $2.0 billion dollar in annual gross revenue hospital system. I have had my own law practice with my law partner since 2005.
We represent businesses, business owners, physicians and hospitals, medical practices, and individuals.
We form new entities including, LLCs, partnerships. We also draft real estate contracts, business agreements such as non disclosure agreements, non competition agreements and employment have represented both sellers and buyers in the sale of many types of businesses.
We also do estate planning, including wills, trusts and family partnerships.
For smaller matters and clients with lower legal budgets we do offer limited document review and also drafting services.
We have been engaged by various Fortune 500 companies as local counsel in Federal litigation matters.
