I retained Mr. Morrison to probate my mothers estate as she had passed away, leaving me the beneficiary of her life insurance, and her bank account. He dragged his heals, and the ONLY living witness, MY AUNT, passed away on Thanksgiving of that year. SIX MONTHS. Finally it was decided to try and find... as many other people over a period of time. I HAVE my mothers HAND WRITTEN account of her life, not good enough.... Finally my bank sent an erroneous letter on reposessing the house and he just withdrew from the case.. As R. Lee Ermy would say, "without the benefit of a reach around" . I had tried, as he was dragging my heals to, nicely get my money returned, before my aunt passed away, I had only $300.00 to be returned, so I politely asked him to go ahead and finish the case. I have to ask, an experienced attorney 37 years takes ten or more hours to write a simple probate ? Was a monkey transcribing it ?
