Jeffrey Todd Embry

Jeff Embry’s commitment to each client is the same—if he takes on your case he will pursue it as aggressively as possible devoting everything he can to win. Jeff grew up in Houston, Texas. Following high school,Jeff went to Baylor University in Waco, graduating with a History and German double major.  He went to law school at St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, serving as Associate Editor of the Law Review, participating in mock trial and moot court competitions. Jeff graduated with honors,13th out of 234 in his class and was awarded the Patricia Scott Outstanding Advocate Award, recognizing him as the outstanding trial advocate at St. Mary's.

Following law school, Jeff went to work for the law firm of Gardere & Wynne,  L.L.P. in Dallas,Texas. At Gardere & Wynne, he represented some of the largest  corporations in the Dallas area. Jeff soon realized that he wanted to devote his law  practice to representing people. Leaving Gardere & Wynne, he  went to work for the prominent Dallas personal injury law firm of Windle, Turley, P.C.

At Windle Turley, P.C. Jeff achieved record settlements and verdicts for clients involved in various products liability, aviation, and personal injury lawsuits. Jeff was made Head of the Products Liability Department at Windle,Turley, P.C., the youngest attorney to ever hold that position in the firm’s nearly 30 year history.

In 2002, Jeff left Windle Turley, P.C. to help form Hossley Embry, L.L.P. and continues to dedicate his practice to representing individuals and families.

He is married to his wife, Renna, and has two boys, Mason and Dylan and one girl, Ella.
