Biography
I know personal injury law from both sides of a lawsuit. While I started my career as a defense attorney in the Metroplex, working primarily for insurance companies, I now represent individuals who have been hurt by the negligent and wrongful acts of others. My past experience has uniquely equipped me to anticipate arguments from the defense and efficiently advocate for my client’s position.
I was raised in Larue, Texas on a small farm and am a former member of the Tyler Junior College national championship golf team. I enjoy spending time with my wife and two dogs, Gunner and Kimber.

Excellent and professional service
Great choice in representing our car wreck. Dan Gibbons was on top of our case. We never had to wonder what was going on because either he or the legal assistant kept us updated on what was going on and the next step. Will hire him again if we need him and would recommend him and DZW Law Firm.
