Client rear ended at 45 mph

In September 2018, our client was rear ended at 45 mph. Had a concussion, went through 8 months of chiropractic, massage, and physical therapy. Later on, the insurance company told Jacobs and Jacobs th ... at they needs to tell our client to stop treatment cause there injuries weren’t that bad. The damage to the car that they wouldn’t let get inspected was not equal to my injuries. After our client finished treatment, the insurance company was saying they wouldn’t pay for treatment. A few months later in august 2020, almost a year later, we called and explaining we settled for $25,000 after they had spoke to a supervisor. Then they had to settle with the care providers. The health insurance took several months to even look at the case. Jacobs and Jacobs pursued them weekly until we settled this month, December 2020. We called them many times, Towards the end, rich was calling/emailing every week or several times a week to push my case.
