Nicholas J Testa

I am Nicholas Testa, a personal injury and trial attorney and the founder of Testa Law Group. I represent individuals and families in serious personal injury, wrongful death, commercial vehicle accident, premises liability, construction accident, defective product, insurance, and other complex civil litigation matters.

Throughout my legal career, I have handled significant injury and wrongful death cases involving catastrophic injuries and substantial financial losses. My experience includes obtaining verdicts in excess of $1 million and resolving cases through mediations and negotiated settlements in excess of $1 million. I prepare every case with the expectation that it may ultimately be tried to a jury, while always looking for opportunities to obtain a favorable resolution for my clients.

I earned my Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center. While in law school, I worked as a law clerk for a highly regarded personal injury law firm, where I gained practical experience investigating, developing, and litigating serious injury claims.

At Testa Law Group, I represent injured individuals and families against insurance companies, corporations, trucking and commercial vehicle companies, property owners, contractors, healthcare providers, and other defendants responsible for serious injuries and losses.
