Unprofessional, Rude, needs more education in public relations.

Sarah Cooper was consulted only because the District clerks had no idea how to confirm a filing process as they had never done it before. When I asked if I was in fact doing the proper protocol based on the information given on the website for the state of Texas she told me she could not give out leg...al advice. I never asked for advice and told her multiple times I did not want nor need advice I just needed to know if what I was doing was correct she continued with she could not give legal advice. So I naturally assumed she was a paralegal like myself and asked to speak with a bar certified attorney like the district attorney to which she stated she was a bar certified attorney but her license would not permit for her to answer my question and she would not risk her license to do so that I needed to speak to an attorney. Which she is. I do not believe she has the information I was seeking and instead of saying that she said and I quote " you would not got to a gynecologist if you have a sinus infection, you would go to an ear nose and throat specialist." Well MA'AM... if I am at my gynecologist and I have a sinus infection they can still write a RX for antibiotics, sooooo there's that. Just rude and disrespectful. This is a prime reason no one wants to deal with elected officials.

Cold, Rude

Assistant District Attorney Morris County, Texas. Very rude. Very cold. Gave erroneous information. My opinion. I consulted only through a glass window.

What determines Avvo Rating?

  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
