William Brent Bryson

I was raised in Longview and I am a graduate of Longview High School. After receiving a degree in History at The University of Texas at Austin, I went on to attend Texas Wesleyan School of Law, where I obtained his law degree on a partial Dean’s Scholarship.

My practice focuses on oil and gas lease negotiations, oil and gas transactions, the purchase and sale of both commercial properties and raw land, collections, and formation of business entities.

Before joining West Allen, I worked in-house for a business management company in Fort Worth. My work primarily consisted of providing legal counsel to a biomass energy company and an oil and gas technology development company, oil and gas asset management, and corporate compliance.
