Sean F. Rommel, a co-founding member of Wyly-Rommel, PLLC, concentrates his practice on complex federal litigation. He is admitted to practice in all courts in Texas and Arkansas and before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Eighth and Fifth Circuits. Mr. Rommel graduated with honors from the University of Miami in 1991 and earned his J.D. with high honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1994. He served as Law Clerk to the Hon. David Folsom of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas (1998–1999) and served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps from 1994–1998. He authored "The Arkansas Obscenity Doctrine: Its Establishment and Evolution" (Ark. Law Rev., 1994) and is active in the Arkansas, Texas, Texarkana, and American Bar Associations, as well as the Bar Association for the Eastern District of Texas. Born September 19, 1969, in Russellville, Arkansas, he and his wife, Jameson Joyce Rommel, have two sons, Carson and Alec.
