From time to time I handle business litigation. Most recently, I worked on a TRO, hearing, and suit concerning a non-profit organization. A colleague of mine and I usually work together with people who wish to do buisness planning and asset protection.

Over the years I have handled many different types of large commercial litigation and am still interested in doing more. I've worked cases regarding construction law, iinfectious diseases, products liability, mass torts, anti-trust, corporate takeovers, and personal injury.

I take appointments in Cass County Texas and am familiar with criminal procedure, crimes and punishments.
