James C. (Jim) Wyly, a co-founding member of Wyly-Rommel, PLLC, graduated from the University of Oklahoma and earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas. With twenty years devoted exclusively to litigation, he is board certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has been recognized as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer in Texas.
