Under the federal firearms law, you may not possess a firearm if you are convicted of a crime which can be punished by more than one year in jail....

I'm not sure how it turned into a second degree, but he can get up to 20 years for that.

If you do not pay it, you probably won't be released from probation until you do. Get it paid.

If there is a warrant for you missing court, you can be arrested pretty much anywhere they can find you.
