Both previous answers are good. The court has to order sanctions, but the probation officer can add some minor conditions.
Can a convicted felon in a federal halfway house, awaiting home confinement marry someone who is on felony state probation?

If you ask if you need a lawyer, then you do. You can probably get a better deal than just pleading guilty.

I would never recommend running from a charge. It only makes matters worse. Hire a lawyer and then have him help you turn yourself in.

He has never messed up on parole at all an got a Misdemeanor dwi I wont go back to prison what r some of my options

Usually a misdemeanor will not violate parole. But why would you risk it?

Depends on the conditions of your release. That being said, it is difficult to violate someone for contact with a spouse. However, if you were not...

Not a warrant, but he can revoke your bond or sue you for the unpaid debt. Take care of it.
