Get a lawyer. He may be able to get the bond reinstated, especially if she was not notified.

When you got deferred adjudication, the court has the full range of punishment available if you violate. So you could get 10 years on a 3rd degree.

I don't know how big a county you are in, but almost always the lawyers and judges have known each other for some time. That should have no bearing...

It is not going to trial on those dates, but it may eventually.
I was arrested by an officer in TX but not booked,fingerprinted,ticketed,no mugshots, can they mail me a warrant with charges?

You were technically detained, but not arrested yet. It may go away, but they may send you a notice to appear. Or, they might issue a warrant...
