Craig L. Henry

Craig Henry brings over 25 years of experience in litigating complex criminal accusations, white-collar criminal investigations, trials and appeals in Federal and State Courts across America. He has attained acquittals in notable cases and represented a wide range of clients, including business organizations, officers and directors, physicians, bankers and other professionals in a variety of criminal cases including RICO, Health Care Fraud, False Claims Act, civil fraud and enforcement matters. He has successfully defended serious drug charges as well as State and Federal death penalty cases.

He obtained a B.A. degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin in 1986 and subsequently obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1989. Selected to the Texas Super Lawyers list the past three years and distinguished as one of the Top 100 criminal defense attorneys in Texas by the National Trial Lawyers. He is also a Fellow in The Litigation Counsel of America which limits membership to 3,500 Fellows, representing one-half of one percent of all American lawyers.

He is licensed to practice law in State and Federal courts in Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma and the United States Supreme Court.
