Ariel Wolfenson

I am a lawyer, entrepreneur, and founder of Wolfenson Abogados, a law firm established in 2019 with the mission of providing legal services of the highest standard to clients in Chile and abroad.

My academic background, both in Chile and internationally, encompasses business law, litigation, complex negotiation, and the resolution of domestic and cross-border disputes.

I grew up in Antofagasta, in northern Chile. From an early age, I understood that my path would be defined by the constant pursuit of new challenges. During my teenage years, I moved to Santiago to continue my studies and pursue my goal of becoming a lawyer.

I was sworn in before the Supreme Court of Chile at the age of 24 and, on that very same day, founded Wolfenson in the heart of Santiago’s financial district. It was a challenging decision, particularly because I embarked on this venture without resources, connections, mentors, or clients—and in a world that, shortly thereafter, would be profoundly affected by a global pandemic.

The early years were defined by perseverance in pursuit of a dream that often seemed impossible. At first, I worked as an Uber driver to afford a few hours of office space and meet with my first clients.

Over time, Wolfenson Abogados became established as a leading law firm in strategic litigation, business advisory, and high-level legal representation, serving both domestic and international clients. This journey has allowed me not only to achieve, but to surpass my own goals—and to build a life around what I am passionate about, on my own terms.

Throughout my career as a lawyer, I have had the privilege of advising thousands of individuals and companies across a wide range of legal practice areas and in virtually every industry, while earning recognition from international legal directories such as Best Lawyers and Leaders League.

Today, Wolfenson Abogados is an established law firm providing in-person and/or virtual legal services throughout Chile, as well as across all five continents through our international alliances.

Beyond the practice of law, the pursuit of a greater purpose led me to create La Vida Real, an elite academy dedicated to sharing insights and lessons on business, leadership, mindset, relationships, spirituality, and holistic personal development.

I deeply believe that excellence is a challenge that begins anew every single day, and that those who dare to think differently are ultimately the ones who transform the world.

My purpose is to continue building bridges between law, business, and personal development, helping more people reach their full potential and create a positive impact around the world.
