I ended up doing 15 months in jail for a crime that wasn't a crime. Literally. I was charged with credit card abuse for using someone's card bc she only filed charges on one transaction , bc she was mad at me for a fight we'd gotten into. I asked and asked and reiterated several times to please pull ...the atmosphere records bc they will show that it's been me whom she sent to the atm every month for about 4 months to get her money for her at her request. She lived w me at my house. That's why she only mentioned one transaction when she filed her charge bc had they done an investigation, a very simple one , it would have been clear that she had to know and have given me her card and her pin. But this guy wasn't trying to hear it. Got me a probation that i wasn't eligible for, refused to do anything to help me show that I did in fact have her permission to use her card. He's been my brother and nephews attorney too. Rushed them to sign and waiver rights in hurried attemp to close the case. I do not recommend this guy.
