I hired Chris Fitzgerald in December 2020 after my dad passed away from Covid. He had an attorney that had instructed him to rewrite is Will once his wife had died in August 2020. He died before he signed his new Will, so we filled he died without a Will. The son of my father's wife sued me for the b...usiness they owned, a suburban, a truck, all the bank accounts my dad had, and the house and property that was owned by us both. My dad's lawyer instructed me to get my own lawyer so he could be my witness to exactly what my dad wanted to do even though he did not sign his new Will. This is when I hired Chris Fitzgerald. He was an ABSOLUTE GOD SEND for me throughout this entire ordeal as my stepbrother sued for everything, he thought he deserved. This went on for a year and ten months before we were able to get this closed and finalized. Chris was with me and my family every step along the way. We had multiple meetings, a deposition, and finalized with a mediation before this issue was closed. Chris was phenomenal with his ability to carry me through this mine field. I have thanked God many times since this all went down for two main reasons. 1. Thanked God for allowing me to have a dad that raised me and led by example to be the man I have become 2. That Chris Fitzgerald was put into my life at probably the lowest point in my life and he was absolutely the most amazing lawyer anyone could ask for. He made things so much more bearable throughout this nightmare. In closing, I would hire Chris Fitzgerald to be my lawyer in a heartbeat for ANYTHING, ANYTIME, and ANYWHERE!! I have ABSOLUTELY NO RESERVATIONS in hiring Chris W. Fitzgerald to represent me or my family because he is the BEST!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Chris W.
