Biography
I went to law school at the University of Colorado. While there, I was on the International Law Moot Court team, and served as an associate editor of Colorado Law Review. Fun times, fun times.
I started practicing law as an intern at the DA's office. After a while, I went to the other side of the aisle to criminal defense. At the same time, I got my feet wet in bankruptcy, contracts, family law, and debt collection defense. I spent two years representing people in disability cases before I decided to start my own firm in 2014.
I now specialize in representing people who find themselves in unfortunate circumstances. People who are overburdened with debt or have been harassed by debt collectors need legal help, and I'm here to help them. People who can no longer work because of health issues need their disability benefits, and I'm here to help them. I've dedicated my entire practice to helping people in need, at very reasonable rates.

Derek did not do a good job on my SSDI case. He failed to keep me informed. He failed to respond to communications from me and the SSA. He failed to provide evidence to the SSA. He failed to inform me of missing medical records until I showed up at the hearing.
