My client and I decided to try this case to the Judge because of some problems with the state's evidence. Due to problems with the analyst, the prosecutors chose not to enter the blood results. The v ... isiting Judge felt that there was reasonable doubt in the case and found my client "Not Guilty." This verdict also forced the prosecutors to dismiss a pending unlawful carrying of a weapon charge.

Fortunately the jury returned a verdict which allowed my client to continue her career and work towards a bright future.
