Robert Howard Osburn

Robert Osburn has represented me in four cases since 2007. These cases all involved issues that could have been the subject of a lawsuit. one case was a construction dispute which Osburn was able to settle in my favor for $83,000.00. Another was a property tax suit. Mr. Osburn settled the suit to... my satisfaction. the third suit was a contract dispute involving a partnership which I was a minority shareholder. Mr, Osburn filed a derivative action on behalf of the Partnership and myself. The case was tried and then appealed my defendants. Mr. Osburn and his associate Billy McGill filed and appeal. This case eventually settled in our favor for an amount in the mid seven digit figures. The forth case was a probate matter, which was settled.
