Top Notch! Pays attention to detail!

My daughter overdosed on Fentanyl in January ‘24, due to the recent increase in illegal immigrants bringing illegal drugs into our country. I hired Michelle to assist me in working with the police and other Tarrant county and Dallas county law enforcement, examiner and support agencies. She was ab...le to come up with a course of action that moved the case forward so that my daughter could receive justice and she provided emotional stability to our family in our time of bereavement. Several years ago Michelle also assisted me & my husband, in our divorce process when we were considering a divorce. Michaela helped us by developing a course of action items that we then engaged in, and thankfully, my husband and I worked through our issues and we stayed together. I would HIGHLY recommend attorney, Michelle Scopellite.

Turned the Case Around

I hired "Goldstein and Scopellite" about two years ago to take over as counsel in a complex litigation matter that was not going favorably. The case involved four attorneys and had many parties. When they took over the case, they were able to quickly review the lengthy file, develop a strategy to fi...x initial issues that were critical, and then develop a long-term strategy to win the case, which never would have happened if I had not hired them. Mr. Goldstein and Ms. Scopellite, the partners of the firm, are professional lawyers who actually care about your case, just like they say they do on their website. They were attentive, personable, and helped me to understand the process much better than I did before hiring them. I would highly recommend using this law firm and their services if you have an on-going case that is not going well. They can help turn things completely around. I would also recommend hiring them for any new legal matter; I wish I had hired them in the first place.

Ms. Scopellite is a VERY good lawyer and she cares. I would highly recommend her!

I recently hired this firm, in the year 2014, to help me with my complex custody battle that stems over two states and for the last several years. This firm is still handlingi my case. However, since I hired them and they took over, I have made great progress. I had been to several other lawyers w...ho really messed up my case and hurt my and my children's relationship, as I was not able to see my children for several years. Now I have a continuous relationship and see my children regularly and I am rebuilding my relationship with them. I am still fighting for custody of them. Yes, this case has cost me a pretty penny, but it has been worth it. We are getting much closer to what I should have been given years ago. I would highly recommend Mr. Goldstein and Ms. Scopellite and their firm to anyone. Life is not always fair but if you have people on your side that care, it helps. And, they know how to litigate is good, as well.
