Been in US 16 years. My case was dragging forever. Finally had an interview (employment based Green Card). Didn't want to take any chances with the (also I was told by many that EB based interviews are very rare, unless there is some serious issue). Started searching for an immigration attorney in Da...llas area(my current attorney is non-local). Someone from an immigration forum referred me to Akula associates. Glad I took the referral. Took an appointment with Kathryn (Kate) Brady from Akula Associates. She went over my case diligently and took detailed notes. Also I communicated with her over email and phone. Response was quick unlike other attorney's I dealt with in the past. The interview went very well with her help. Any questions I didn't know, she jumped in and answered on my behalf. After the end of the interview the immigration officer checked my priority date and said that I applied too early so he is going to issue me an RFE. But Kate came to the rescue and told the immigration officer to double check the application date. The immigration officer apologized for his mistake and approved my Green Card right there. if I had not taken Kate with me for the interview, I would have still been struggling for my green card. I would definitely recommend Kate to everyone who are looking for good immigration attorney in Dallas area. You won't regret.
