Biography
A graduate of Baylor Law School, Mr. Burke has successfully represented clients involved in high-stakes litigation across Texas and the U.S. He guest lectures at Baylor Law School and serves as a consultant and monitoring counsel for manufacturing companies, automotive and other product dealerships, oil and gas companies involved in pre-suit matters and litigation. He has represented a wide range of domestic and international companies, such as automobile manufacturers, automotive and RV dealerships, heavy equipment manufacturers and dealerships, firearm manufacturers, oil and gas operators, drilling companies, tubing companies, and other energy entities. Mr. Burke also specializes in a broad field of commercial and other business litigation, including business disparagement, non-solicitation, noncompete, and tortious interference with contract cases. In 2017, the Board of Directors for Texas Young Lawyers Association elected Mr. Burke as Chair of the organization. Mr. Burke also serves as a committee co-chair on the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. He is passionate about serving the community and his profession through TYLA and DAYL, and he is also passionate about zealously representing his clients.
