I ended up with Karla Balli as my "assigned" attorney who I could not interview prior to engaging, after I was hustled into a bankruptcy mill of the Lee Law Firm. Stay far away from this firm and Karla. You typically hire an attorney to assist you in navigating you out of your circumstances, she di...d nothing but dig the hole deeper. This was a shared opinion of other legal professionals also on my case. She was ineffective in assisting me as counsel, she explained nothing to me, she refused to send me soft copies of paperwork via email prior to meeting so I could review because it seemed every time I was in her office she was in a rush to get me out and was extremely careless in the handling of my petitions. Her responses were always that does not matter, no attention to detail, no fight in her at all will hang you out to dry if you are faced with any trustee in an adversarial posture against you. She essentially thinks anything the trustee requests should be granted and prepared nothing but generic responses for every hearing ever attended. If you want a meek attorney who really seems outside her wheelhouse then have a go, I would not recommend her to anyone facing a complex bankruptcy case, or anything related to business issues.
