Justin Lee Martin

I've spent most of my professional career serving people, but my legal calling truly began in 2007 when I started advocating for personal injury clients. While working for injured people during the day and completing law school at night, I helped build a large personal injury law firm. My mission was, and is, to tirelessly fight for victims against powerful insurance carriers who put profits over people.
After receiving my Texas law license in 2010, I became a partner in the very firm I’d helped establish and make wildly popular. Over the next 15 years, I devoted myself to thousands of personal injury cases, helping good but unfortunate Texans who were too often forced to get an attorney just to be treated fairly. When insurance companies see claims, I see people. When they see liability, I see lives interrupted.
My approach has always been clear: getting clients' injuries properly healed while securing justice—and my efforts have helped Texas families recover more than a billion dollars since I started practicing law. Every major insurance carrier in Texas has felt the pressure of my push for litigated outcomes, learning they must either settle fairly without the need for trial, or face Texas juries who make them pay what's truly owed after being sued.
