WARNING: Do "NOT" hire Attorney Marianne Howland nor this Law Firm if do not want to be ripped off and if you want your case to remain in the same spot before hiring them. It's very troubling to know that she nor this law firm doesn't care about families but only wants to make their pockets larger. ...When I discovered back in March 2022 that Attorney Howland wasn't doing the work on my case like she stated she was, I immediately contacted her boss which is Lisa Duffee and Melina Eitzen. Do you know that I haven't yet to hear from Lisa nor Melinda and my current attorney and I left countless messages with Secretary Ms. Treese but no return phone call. Now since April 2022 this law firm has been fighting with my banking institution and I about the refund of my money that I paid to them since I wasn't rendered service. Furthermore, when Attorney Howland was subpoenaed for my July 26,2022 hearing to testify why she and I didn't appear to my January 25, 2022 hearing, guess what she didn't even bother to appear, and this particular hearing turned to a Capias. Last but not least, Duffee & Eitzen Law Firm are individuals that do not have Integrity and very Heartless for others. On the other hand, I will like "THANK" Larson Rogers (Accountant) for conversing with me regarding this dispute.
