Anne-Marie Gillespie

Anne-Marie is a criminal defense trial attorney who has practiced for more than 20 years. She is joined in her practice by her husband, Pat Kinnard, an experienced 30-year criminal defense investigator who worked closely with legendary Criminal Defense Attorney, Doug Mulder of Dallas for many years. He is considered one of the best criminal defense investigators in the industry. Anne-Marie has obtained numerous reductions & dismissals and recently an acquittal in a double murder case in West Texas (2018). They handle each case with one thing in mind - to win.

Anne-Marie is an Alumna of The Hockaday School of Dallas and received her undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University. She attended law school at Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth where she received her J.D. in 1998, She has been a member of the Texas Young Lawyer's Association, Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association.
