I had a case that had been in the system for many years. Ms Yang, represented me when I applied for residency thru my spouse. She was very helpful thru out the whole process. She was able to answer all of our questions and gave us much needed advice. She was very knowledgeable with all the detail...s of the case, there were many. I was not able to answer my phone when Ms. Yang called to tell me my residency had been approved, she left me a voicemail. I have the voicemail saved and I listen to it on a regular basis. I had been waiting for my residency for so many years, that sometimes I can not believe that I actually have it. My family and I are extremely thankful for all the work that Ms Yang did for us.

We tried to submit my father's residency application with no success and Ms. Eunyong personally wrote out the supporting affidavit after hours of deliberating and trying to get through the facts of the case. She helped us prep for the appointment and even went out of her way to help the immigration o...fficer understand the importance of the case to us and how hard we had hoped for it. Without her effort, this wouldn't be possible and my family could have been separated. She is an exemplary attorney and I highly recommend her. She followed up with us to talk about the case even after it was completed. Others would have dismissed it but she is beyond dedicated to her job and an asset to the law firm she works for.

I hired Ms. Yang to help me with my immigration process. I'm so glad I did. She was there every step of the way. From day one, she was very thorough. I never had an issue contacting her because she made her self available to us at any time. I felt very confident dealing with her because she was v...ery informative and always had the right words to express herself in a way that I understood everything she was doing in my case. A big plus for her is being able to communicate with us (Hispanic Community), she speaks SPANISH. So adjusting legal status here in the US is not an easy and quick process but me having someone to handling it all for me made it so much easier and at least I knew she had the knowledge and experience it took to assist me. She filed my original application and took care of everything through out the entire process. We went to an interview to the INS office and of course I was very nervous about it but she made me feel that I was not there alone and she would guide me through it all. My case was approved soon after and Ms. Yang was the first one to call me and let me know I would be receiving my green card through the mail shortly after she received the approval notice. Eunyoung Yang was a great lawyer, always so attentive about our case. She went out of her way to ensure that our case was going well and kept us posted about what to expect next.
