Alison Colleen Lebeck

Ms. Lebeck worked on my case about 5 years ago. She is a very smart lawyer, but at the time was a little inexperienced. Unfortunately, our legal system is a quite political, so it is important to have a lawyer that has the right relationships and connections. However, even though Ms. Lebeck lacked... these I believe she is smart and dedicated enough to make up for it. I truly felt like she cared and was invested in my case. She is also very knowledgable on family law. One note, she does not come across as extremely aggressive, but she is diligent. Some lawyers drag cases out, but Alison gets the job done, and quick.

She is absolutely the best. As a Dad, even a great Dad, we are working at a disadvantage in the system. The fact that I am leaving with temporary orders that keep my daughter with me and gives her the steady and frequent access to BOTH parents that I wanted (and that my ex didn't) when this all sta...rted, it speaks volumes. Less than 10% of fathers get custody of their children at the end of divorce, and I am well on my way to being one of that small group, and it is in NO small part due to Alison's competence and tenacity. Watching her deal with my wife's attorney made it very clear how completely out-matched he was, and that directly resulted in my outstanding results at the temporary hearing. Hire her, actually DO what she says, and you will NOT be disappointed.

I can't say enough about Alison Lebeck. I originally thought my divorce was going to be civil and requiring only one lawyer. Well, when things got ugly I needed someone to go to bat for me. Alison was recommended by a close personal friend (and successful lawyer), and I knew I could trust her to figh...t for me. And she has! She acted immediately at a critical point and got orders put in place the very next day after I hired her. Every time we've gone to court she's won. She is very thorough, detail-oriented and knowledgeable. But most importantly, she has a strong moral compass and a caring heart. She genuinely wants the best for her clients and is their staunch advocate. I consider her a real blessing in the most trying time of my life. I have referred several friends that retained and have been very satisfied with her, especially where other lawyers have failed or taken advantage. I can attest to the fairness of her billing.
