Lawrence Ray Lassiter

Lawrence R. Lassiter is an AV-rated attorney with more than twenty years of experience in appellate and trial advocacy. He has been consulted by attorneys across the country to conduct research, evaluate cases, prepare appellate and trial briefs, and formulate litigation strategy.

As a consultant, he drafted a petition for certiorari that was granted by the United States Supreme Court, with a reversal of the Texas judgment. He has prepared hundreds of appellate briefs in federal and state appellate courts, including the highest courts of Texas, New York, California, and Florida.

He was as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Harlington Wood Jr., Circuit Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Lawrence was a University of Iowa Presidential Scholar and served as Editor in Chief of the Iowa Law Review.
