I was in a car accident in May 2020 that caused me to not be able to walk and be in crutches with painful injuries, so I was recommended to Steven McGilberry to help get compensated for everything I was going though. After reading his reviews I decided to hire him to represent me. Big mistake. Witho...ut going into detail about my case, Mr. McGilberry was unprofessional by being neglectful. He would beat around the bush and not be clear in his communication, he did not keep track of my medical expenses to treat my injuries, he very rarely contacted me first to update me on my case and when I would question his bs he would get defensive and very disrespectful which resulted in not being satisfied being represented by Steven McGilberry with the end results. I ended with almost nothing in my pocket, but because of a neglectful representation on the medical expenses he had to work a way where I ended up with something. (no where near what I was supposed to walk away with) His assistant, Sarah, is very rude and unprofessional. I don’t what her deal is, but keep your distance. After two long, stressful and annoying years I’m finally done dealing with these people! I highly do not recommend hiring this Law Firm to represent your case unless you know you’ll be getting hundreds and thousands of dollars in your settlement because I get the feeling that my case wasn’t “big” enough for them to truly care to represent me and fight for what I deserved.
