If the check has not been cashed then no receipt is generated. Wait at least 10 days after the check clears for a receipt.

Use your native country' passport to enter there and use US passport to return here. To exit you can use US passport as well.
My husband has been in the U.S. illegally now for over 10 years, is there any way I can apply for I 130 and him stay here ?
