She had done a change of status and if she wish to travel then she needs the f-1 visa stamped in her passport. So no sense in going back and forth...

Yes you can. Just have your passports or EAD cards as forms if ID with you. Your status is not a barrier to getting married.

You need to be visa processed at home country as you were not issued an h-1 stamp in the past.
