yes, you can, and he can continue to use his tourist visa up until about a year or two prior to his priority date is up for immigrant visa processing.

if you provided IQBAL as maiden name then that's the surname, or family name which must be provided on 260.
Filing I-130 and I-485 1-2 weeks before B1/B2 6 month visa expires, is this acceptable or file an I-539 first?

you will not need an extension of her tourist visa. she will be allowed to adjust after you file even if she falls out of status.
