the recording must be transcribed and reduced to writing, and translated by a certified translator, so you can submit it.

if your status was changed, and you were not required to meet the foreign residency then you do not require a waiver.
Can an I-751 affidavit contain two people on the same letter? E.I. friends that are couple and want to be written on same letter

Both can sign the affidavit and have both signatures notarized is OK , but having each write a separate one is better.
